account restrictions

one random morning a couple weeks ago i woke up to my account being restricted because tiktok thinks i am under 18. no idea why, ive had my account since 2017 and never had an issue. i am 19 now, i followed the full appeal process and sent in my id and a selfie with it and everything else it prompted me to do and it wasn’t approved? i don’t understand what to do. i’m restricted from all messaging as well as profile views, beauty filter for whatever reason, and live. i’ve put way too much into this account someone please tell me who to contact or how to fix this!!! thank you 🙏
