Can anyone shed some light on this??

Can anyone please tell me why when I try to stream call of duty mobile live from my Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra that tiktok will only give me the option to use 720p 60 fps? I have data saver in tiktok turned off, I have 1.2gbps internet speed. Also, when I had my galaxy s23 ultra using the same connection and same wifi it would allow me to screen record through tiktok at 1080p 60fps. I have searched online everywhere to find out why this is happening. My native screen recorder is 1080p and under the phones settings I have screen recording resolution maxed out. Also, within the game itself I have the graphics maxed out. But for some reason I can't get tiktok to give me the option for 1080p 60fps. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong? Also it says "single app- tiktok has disabled this option"
