Why can't i see her profile on TikTok?

This is her secondary account. She literally showed me on ig that she follows my account, liked my videos, yet I do not get a single notification on my tiktok nor do I see her on my following list. She used her main account to post her @ on the comment section of one of my videos so I could open, and when I open this shows up.

I don't have that account blocked or muted or anything. It just doesn't show up for some reason
