Why cant I see anything about one of my friends on tiktok?

So a few days ago I couldn't see anything about my mom on tiktok, so i asked her if she had been tagging me in videos at all, and she said yes. She can see the videos I tag her in, but I can't see anything about her liking my comments, tagging me in videos or liking my reposts, any idea what's going on?
