They are actually sending your case to the account recovery team. Regular support can’t do anything at all about it, they don’t have access to sensitive information & they’re not allowed to ask you questions that could lead to people possibly sharing personal info. My tiktok was hacked and they helped me recover it in a stress free manner. It’s a very simple process once you’re contacted by the recovery agent.
