Is tiktok down?

my TikTok was acting up yesterday and I had zero followers and zero following and I made sure to check the App Store to see if it was still there so I just deleted it and tried to re-download it thinking was just messed up but ever since like yesterday I can’t re-download the app. It just keeps saying waiting and it won’t actually download. And I know it’s not just my App Store because I did it to another app and it immediately downloaded

I saw some of my friends accounts looked the same, and other people said it was happening all over. So it’s not just you. Not sure what the issue is tho, so I’m not much help there!

Tiktok needed to update. Happened to me and I checked for an update and it fixed right after it finished.

Edit: I don't think we can redownload tiktok "freely" like we used to since it went down the first time either
