I cannot recover my account. any advice?

i have or had this account dating back 2021-2022, well, X as they now call it is not available as a login method and im completely at a loss. i emailed tiktok safety support, they were pretty much useless. i never got a reply after sending them all the info i had about that account. the account in question doesnt have an email or phone number, so no, i do not have a way of getting into it in the first place. any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
