Won't let me like videos

Hello 👋🏻 So I've been having this problem where TikTok isn't registering my likes. I haven't had a saved liked video in my like section since January. Its up to date, I've tried clearing my cache, I've uninstalled, I've reported the problem. It never gave me any warning that I'm "liking too many videos too fast". I have no idea what to do to fix this. Anyone else having this issue?
