What is going on with TikTok?

This video is what you see above, with a guy (just a static photo) singing a Christmas song with lyrics about settings a school on fire, has over 200k views, I post videos of photos I take, street photography and videos of walks I go on, my last video has 18 views, not 1.8k, not 18k,18 views. Something is definitely wrong with this app.
