Is tik tok still unavailable on new iPhones?

Just bought an iPhone 16 pro max without realizing if I could still download or use Tik Tok, it’s been about 4-6 weeks since the last posts that I can find asking about it, which is of course when all this “Tik Tok ban” was in its height
