Whenever i try to send a message it says I’m violating guidelines
Even when I say something normal such as “hi”, and yes I’ve followed them and they’ve followed me. I also have a verified email and support was no good

Do you have any strikes against you? I was reading about someone who lost the ability to send direct messages because they had too many violations. Check your system notifications.
I personally had a message to my bf flagged and not sent due to the "anti-bullying tool." I literally sent him "I can't wait to smooch you later 😚" The moderation on Tik Tok is crazy now so you probably didn't do anything wrong but the AI flagged it anyway.
