Algorithm struggle?

Hi yall! So my videos don’t do incredible all the time but I had a few go over 1k and 2 go around a lot but the 2 recent ones I tried to post did horrible. I read before that there isn’t much you can do but is there something I’m doing wrong? I know it’s kind of a dumb question/rougher to answer but it doesn’t hurt to try and ask others :) thanks!
