Troubleshooting tick tock PC uploads.

For the last several days, I have been having trouble uploading videos from my PC to The tick tock app. The upload freezes and then I get the pop-up that says couldn't upload video. Please try again. Now, I have done all the necessary steps to fix this but it's still giving me the same guff. My internet connection is very secure and very strong. But it's still giving me the upload failure BS.
