"I am the Grand Wizard Man" audio based on Black Sabbath?

I was listening to Iron Man by Black Sabbath and remembered that one "I am the Grand Wizard Man" audio that went around a while back. I noticed the riff in the song and the lyrics has the same rhythm to that of the TikTok audio. This led me to assume that that was what the audio was based off of. Can't just be me who thinks this, right?
