Unable to see guest invites to join livestreams

What I use for TikTok:

Windows 10 PC.
Google Chrome and Firefox.
Browser and TikTok app.

Notifications are enabled.
My TikTok account is verified.

My friend has a popular TikTok channel.
They do live streams w/ guests.

Every time they send me an invite, I cannot see the invitation.
It's not in my inbox.
There is no special icon that lights up for it.
The invite just doesn't show up. So I can't join their livestreams.

I need a solution for this problem.
