Reported declined 2x even if it is an actual suicide

So I came across this clearly mentally ill person posting gore on their fucking page, I reported the Ronnie Mcnut video (which has been posted since 2023) and my report got denied. I asked for an actual person to evaluate the video in the report and my appeal also got denied 🙏 I guess TikTok just likes people posting snuff material for fucks sake
