I tried to go live just to earn the £13.50 on my editing account. It asked me If I was 18+ (I'm 15M) I said yes, it asked for a facescan I went with it and now it's asking for my government I'd or credit card Anyway to fix this?

Go to Profile, tap the three-line icon, then Settings and Privacy > Support & About > Report a Problem. Select Account and Profile > Editing profile > Other, then Need more help?… Write: “Hi, I’m 15 and I think I accidentally tapped the wrong option when I was trying to go live, making it think I’m 18+. Now it’s asking for ID I don’t have, and I can’t use my account properly. Can you help me set my age back to 15?
