Account Hacked – Fix?

My TikTok account was hacked. Someone had access to my email (probably from a data leak), changed the phone number, got the MFA info from an email, and wiped out all my videos.

I filled out a form online for TikTok but the next step is to go to the app and Submit Report, and enter info from the email. If I do this, supposedly I can get control of the account back.

The problem is, all videos and official TikTok instructions say to go to the app, hit Profile, three line menu from the top right, Settings and Privacy, and then on the bottom there should be an option to Submit Report. But, there's just Report a Problem and under that, many options, none of which are Submit Report – they're all about reporting problematic accounts and content.

I looked under the other options and still couldn't find the Submit Report button. Has anyone else had to deal with this, and if so, how did you make it work?
