Saving pictures is a nightmare

First pic is the actual downloaded picture, and second is a screenshot of what it should look like. Tell me why they not only added the “you have to save the pic with a water mark or post it to not have it” and now today I’m trying to take pictures because I like the filters on tiktok, but the quality is absolute garbage??
