Allow to go live with 98 followers

Just curious but TikTok allowed me to go live with only 98 followers, I have had the account for many years so just wondering if anyone knows why.

The same thing happened to me it said i can go live with only 138 followers where i thought it was 1000 followers to go live

they changed it a few months ago so that everyone regardless of followers can go live.
