How to not have a baby account

I accidentally made an account with the age of 1 and whenever I try to make a new one it's a baby account with simpler buttons and private even if I put in my real age or even 1900 it still says I'm under 16 because I accidentally did that once I've tried clearing all data and it didn't fix it
