I told them that ny account was suspended, they sent me this but I can't acces that account in any way, and I never had the option to submit an appeal from the app. What do I do now?

Woke up to the same thing happening to me. Phone and email removed in the middle of the night. Likely nothing I can do. Ridiculous.
