FYP only showing old videos?

Does anyone else have this issue? My FYP rarely shows me newer videos, I only see 1-3 month old videos and all the comments are just as old

I also want to be part of the people who see the videos soon after they are posted, is there any fix to this? It feels like I’m weeks behind in mx algorythm
