Does it just say 100% to everyone before they unlock “The Full Live Experience?” I’ve been getting a notification of this nature at the end of most lives and I’m just unlocking full privileges today.

Those have to be errors right? I don’t have a very big following, less than 200, so I’m assuming most people with such small followings just done go live? It just doesn’t seem possible to be the top live streamer even in the lowest tier? Tho maybe it’s because most people who get there end up raking in more followers and out tiering me I guess? Just very confused how this could be possible or if TikTok just tells this to everyone with no following? Sorry today is only my third day streaming so idk what’s par for the course
