I've tried to comment and message photos with the app, but when I select which photos to give the app access to, it doesn't work for private messages. I don't want to give the app full access to my photos. This issue is not occurring with making posts on my own page.
If you’re an iOS user, you should be able to check/uncheck your selected photos in the app settings under “limited access”. I do that for all features of the app and remove photo/video access after every upload.
