Why are my views and likes disproportionate?

I think it just means people scrolled by, try to find some ways to make your content more engaging then you should see them match a bit better, sometimes I have the same problem :)

I only like the videos that interest me

They are only watching 13% of the whole video so they probably didnt love it but it got their attention.

only 13% watched the full video; my guess is that are not interesting enough. what type of content are you posting
