anybody else NOT get an answer back????

i tried to verify by face for live access, but it told me i looked to young. i’m 18, born in 2006. so i was obviously like wtf! no i’m older than 16, so i appealed with my ID face code all the shit they asked for, and haven’t gotten an answer back yet. it’s been 5 days… they don’t have any support email or anything i can’t contact them and ask, i want this fixed so bad i can’t even send videos to friends. this is so irritating. anybody else????
