For some reason my friend doesnt have the option to send private messages
He has even shown me a screenshot and he doesnt even have the option in settings. Does anybody know how to fix this?

if they’re a minor/ put their birthday as a minor they won’t have the feature until they’re 18. not too sure if there’s any other reason that would happen
