how to make it stop telling me I'm tapping too fast

Every time I try to like a video it unlikes and tells me to slow down! I'm tapping too fast!

I've tried everything I can think of: closing it and not touching it for hours, restarting my phone, I even deleted the app and downloaded it again.

all I want to do is like posts. any ideas? has this happened to any of yall before??
