Am I tripping or is the support not even reading what I try to explain? Or another question, did anyone ever get their problem solved with TikTok because it feels like a constant problem really. Are they using some really bad AI?

I've been testing the 'support' system recently. For every stock response the bot gives that in no way answers my chief complaint, i've replied with nothing but a stream of expletives, just to see what it would do. It replies the exact same way - stock responses. No one is at the wheel.
