Account Hacked

Same exact thing happened to me yesterday. They changed my email, phone number and somehow my email was never compromised. I still changed my passwords to everything yesterday. TikTok keeps sending me the same automated message and I’m giving up on the fact that they’re gonna help get it back.

My tik tok is disposable. They can have it. I use it to watch videos and make fun of idiots. I use an email account that isn't liked to any of my real I fo at all.

Same with me. I was at work Sunday morning at around 9 and tried logging in, but I was logged out. I checked my email and saw that I got 5 emails within 8 minutes from 8:42-8:50 that showed them logging into my account and removing all my linked info. I read another post from a couple of months ago, and 2 people said that they'd bought something from the TikTok Shop before they hacked, and I did too. 2 orders that I was waiting on were returned, and the funds were refunded to my hacked account in a TikTok Shop Balance. I know this because I used a different email for my shipping address info and there it shows it was refunded that way. I'm lucky that I have never trusted saving my card information, so as far as I know, my bank information is safe. What happened is surprising because I have 2-Factor-Authentication on my email account, so I would need a notification from Google on my phone to allow the device to log in and none of the emails showing them changing my information were opened either.

I’ve been hacked too!!😭 I got an email for a verification code and they changed the email and phone number in my account, so I can’t get in. Also strangely enough, my email wasn’t compromised at all… the history shows no other logins besides mine and no other connected devices. So how did they get the code to get in?! I’ve submitted four separate tickets and they all just keep asking for the “where was your account created” “we removed unrecognized devices” messages, but no reply on how I can get back in. I’ve never purchased from TikTok shop, but I have scrolled through it. Been a week, and feeling pretty sad to lose my page.

There are multiple reasons why accounts get attacked many involve the person who hacked into your account was probably doing it to create malicious attacks for other accounts with money or for soliciting money.
