how do you get an account back?

I was just scrolling on tiktok until i got a message that my account got suspended permanently but i spent so muhc time builing my platform and i will admit i did say some hurtful things to some hurtful people but alot of my account warnings were undeserving and i dont know how to get my account back eventho im in pretty dire need

I don't think you can get it back after certain amout of warnings, better make new one and move on, stop saying hurtful things, freedom of speech is not like that
