My friend has been falsely suspended for texting his girlfriend in their private chat. Why can we do to fix this?

Suspended? It just says not sent. Be careful what you send ppl on there tik tok sees it all my friend will send me a message with a curse word and it tells me that it contains sensitive content and asks if I still want to look at it. Just they need to be careful just send stuff like that through texts

that’s crazy a random 40 year olds guy said the same thing to me in my tiktok dms then told me to kms and i reported him and they said no violations
