Speedx

Anyone else having problems with this courier that Tiktok is using? I have a package that was supposed to arrive on March 22, 2025, but it never arrived. It's been in the local distribution center for 19 days now. They don't have costumer service either! It's all AI, even the phone number they give will redirect you to their AI support because they don't have phone costumer service. I finally got a hold of an email address, only to be told that they can't locate my package? Honestly, Speedx has such a bad reputation and I don't understand why Tiktok global shipping is using them. My only 2 choices now are either to stop using Tiktok international shops or to immediately cancel an order once I see Speedx is the courier.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem? If so, did you Speedx package ever arrived?
