What do I need to do here?

I keep having a glitch where I am getting a shop notification over and over and it won’t stop. It’s runny down my phone battery and annoying tbh. It’s like every few seconds. I have rebooted my phone twice, deleted and reinstalled that app twice. Logged in and out. Are there any other options? It pops up no matter what TikTok account I am in and the notification disappears when I go into that app and the glitch stops totally. I had to fully delete the app. Any advice on how to fix it would be AMAZING. Thank you in advance!
