Kicked out of account

I randomly get a verification code sent to my phone and then my phone number for the account was changed. Then I was kicked out and I legit can’t get back in. I have had this account for years I don’t know what to do It says I have too many attempts now because I keep trying to log in. I’m hoping in 24 hours it lets me try again so I can try to have friends verify it. Any advice?
