A few days ago Tiktok sent me a notification saying I have to confirm my age, so I submitted my debit card and they denied the appeal. After that I submitted my ID and it said it would take 24 hours but now it’s been 4 days and my account is still age restricted. I would be fine with it but it took away dms so now me and my bf can’t send each other Tiktoks. Does anyone know what to do or how to fix this?

Get a new account?
It should have been resolved within 24 hours once you uploaded your ID… I hate giving this advice but I’d follow the other commenter who said to just make a new account, especially if your main concern is just sending messages and not going live / earning money. Maybe once the actual “work week” rolls around, they’ll be able to get your original account fixed for you, but I’m not sure because typically like I mentioned, it is usually done within 24 hours.
