How to search for live videos on specific topics?

How do I search live videos on specific topics, instead of just scrolling through random stuff?

For instance, I want to find debates on current events that I can join. How do I do this? Is there a way to set it so that I only see live videos on my search page, and then type in “debate” in the search bar?
