TikTok Algorithm

Question If you do not use the app (etc actively scroll or even log in) on an account where you post videos, does this negatively affect the amount of views your videos will get? In my example: I want to use a second account which i created a long time ago, haven't logged in since, and had posted one video, to upload more videos aiming to get an audience and views etc. And I'm not planning to use TikTok casually except on my main account Will being inactive negatively affect views and exposure?
