Is anyone following these random accounts?

I’ve recently realized some random people’s post keeps popping up and i was following them. I usually don’t follow anyone and these accounts have hundreds of followers. When i saw my following counts it said i was following roughly 250+ of these random accounts. Did i get hacked? Has anyone experienced this?
