Video views stopped after editing caption?

So I edited the captions for one of my videos a few minutes after posting and suddenly, took stopped/slowed down the views.

I was getting SUCH good engagement and all I did was add in another hashtag. Now the video has stopped at 250 views.

I’m getting so goddamn frustrated with TikTok because of these little things.
