Appeal approved but live access still restricted?

No one was saying anything hateful it I appealed and it got approved. I tried to go live again and it said I'm still restricted and from the live tab (not the account) it says not approved even tho the original approval came first. I'm so confused, and I was starting to get traction I'd really like to stream again tonight
