Most likely due to "sex". Also side note, dont use intersex people to argue for non binary / trans rights. Thats like saying because some babies are born with 6 fingers we need to write piano pieces for 12 fingers. Dont use a small percentage of the population (most of the population not even knowing they themselves are intersex) as an argument, there are plenty of stronger arguments, and more easily digestible ones other than intersex people.
