i dont have streak pets OR streak colors???

i have a 217 day streak and a 146 day streak and i STILL dont have either of these features? ive updated tiktok, i just joined the beta program, ive reinstalled the app multiple times. all my friends and their friends have these features im the only one who doesnt? is there anyway to fix this?
