I heard about how the chinese control the citizenry. They treat pro and anti government opinions the same. Any dissent is bad dissent.

Edit: Bcs sometimes, or, often actually, mobs hurt their own cause. Attacking someones opinion just makes them dig in more. We have thousands of years of history to prove this.
