When you treat yourself with love, take care of your mental health, set boundaries, and do things that make YOU happy, it’ll allow you to become more confident and own who you are , inside and out. Sounds cliche but as a woman in her mid-20s, I know I would’ve posted the same thing when I was 12-14. it was taking care of myself and being grateful for who I am that made me confident, not going on social media and asking people for honest opinions… that usually made me feel worse (the equivalent back then was liking for tbh posts etc). Comparison is the thief of joy and no point being concerned if a few people think you’re ‘ugly’ , the world is huge and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Here's the thing- there are always some people on TikTok who will tear you down even if you're the hottest person alive, and there are always people who will call you a baddie even if you look like you crawled from the deepest regions of Hell. If your algorithm is positive then you'll also have a bunch of women supporting women just because 🤷‍♀️
