Why cant i login to tiktok?

Im having trouble logging into my account, everytime I go into tiktok it says theres no connection even though im connected to my wifi or data. At first i thought maybe its bc im in the US (i go to school abroad and this started happening when i got back for break), but when i use tiktok on my tablet it works perfectly fine, it just refuses to work on my phone.

I tried clearing the catche and I uninstalled it multiple times so now idk what else to do.
