I spoke on self-respect for women and got called a heifer, misgendered, and labeled a white supremacist.

I commented under a TikTok asking whether Black women should leave their hotel rooms in pajamas to get breakfast. I said:

It wasn’t a jab — it was a call for self-respect. And a lot of other Black women agreed with me. We were simply talking about how we choose to present ourselves in public spaces.

Then out of nowhere, a creator stitched the video and made a 7-minute rant, where he:

  • Called me a “heifer”
  • Mocked my gender: “ma’am, sir, or whatever you are”
  • Told me to “shut the everlasting f* up”
  • Accused me of “sounding like a white supremacist”

All of this — because I said dignity matters.

I messaged him privately, thinking we could discuss it like adults. This is what I said:

He refused to take it to DMs. He said no. So here I am.

This isn’t about canceling anybody. It’s about calling out how some people confuse “liberation” with loud, unchecked ego.

Disagreeing isn’t violence. But disrespect? That’s intentional.

p.s crazy thing is I never mentioned race I went back and looked at my comment and I never mentioned race lool

I get why you’re frustrated it sucks when people misrepresent you or attack you online, especially when you’re just trying to share your thoughts. But honestly, it’s usually better to just step back and not get caught up in arguments with people like that, especially on the internet.

I don't think going to get breakfast in your pajamas is not having self respect but you can both be wrong.

Why are you posting this all over reddit? What are you trying to achieve?

The fact you went back and forth with these people even trying to “take it to the DM’s” is wild. People have opinions. You said yours hey said theirs. Ignore and move on.

For the record, white ppl eat breakfast at hotels in their pjs too.
