Anybody else getting random people trying to get you to download Zangi or signal?

I keep getting people trying to get me to download Zangi and signal for private messaging, I've heard or seen these apps before these leeches ask me to download it. And after I stop messaging 1 another pops up under another face name and tries, so far I've felt with 3. Anybody else dealing with this specifically.
