How to get my account back???

Soooo like two weeks ago my TikTok account got hacked and all the stuff was changed. I put in a Support ticket day of, but haven't heard anything back. It's not that I'm upset about losing the account cause of followers, but I have art mutuals and saved audios that I've been collecting since 2020 and I really don't wanna lose all the progress and curated fyp.

Does anyone know a quicker, easier way to get access back to my account?
